MCBA Beginning Beekeeper Class

Come join us for an introduction to beekeeping! We will cover the basics of beekeeping, including bee biology, hive maintenance, pest, disease, and more! Both new-bees and experienced beekeepers are welcome.

This is the Washington State Beekeepers Associations beginner beekeeping course. cost is $75 This does fulfill one of the requirements for the city of West Richland to keep bees. Cost of class includes membership in the Washington state beekeeper’s association and the Mid Colombia Beekeepers Association. MCBA will have field days where you learn how to inspect your hive and what to look for.
